Sharps Redmore are providing full acoustic design services from planning discharge, detailed design and site services for a new Aparthotel development on Milton Road in Cambridge.

The Aparthotel – which will include around 160 guest suites as well as comprehensive guest leisure facilities - provides much needed accommodation to cater for the distinctive Cambridge economy, which is reliant on visiting researchers and academics who require a City centre location for extended periods. The main challenges are controlling road traffic noise intrusion, and limiting noise transmission between leisure and accommodation areas.
