Religious buildings
Many modern religious spaces have a multi-function of uses alongside praise and worship, offering important community facilities, such as family and children’s services, counselling centres, food banks and much more.
Good acoustic design allows such spaces to function effectively, providing privacy / sound separation and spaces for quiet contemplation away from their surrounding noise environments. The worship spaces are often not dissimilar from music venues and event spaces and so require high levels of envelope sound insulation to allow operations.
Sharps Redmore have experience in providing these buildings and in locations with sensitive adjacencies.
